Choose the track that best reflects you, answer five core questions and help show how women build, create and back across the Australian economy.
Participation in the F5 Collective Grant Program is optional and separate from completing the Survey. At the end of each of the three Survey tracks, you may complete an optional written response to apply for one of five $5,000 F5 Collective Grants. Grants will be awarded on merit. Terms and eligibility criteria apply. The Survey closes on 16 November 2026.
